What is your policy for damaged products?

How long can I rent equipment for?
Rental periods vary based on the type of equipment. You can specify your desired rental duration when placing an order. Our team will work with you to accommodate your needs.
When will the equipment be delivered?
Delivery is generally scheduled 1 - 3 hours prior to your reservation. You can inquire about delivery fees when placing your order.
Can I pick up the equipment myself?
Yes, if you prefer, you can arrange to pick up the equipment from our designated location. A valid drivers license and 2nd form of identification is required. Please discuss this option when confirming your order.
What happens if the equipment is damaged during my rental period?
You are responsible for any damage to the rented equipment, excluding normal wear and tear. In the event of damage, please notify us immediately, and we will provide guidance on the next steps.
Are there any restrictions on how I can use the equipment?
We expect all customers to use our equipment responsibly and in accordance with its intended purpose. Any misuse that violates the law or poses a risk to individuals or property is strictly prohibited.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellation policies vary based on the type of equipment and the timing of the cancellation. You can reschedule for weather disruptions for outdoor equipment rentals.

Are there any additional fees for delivery and setup?

What happens if the rental space/backyard does not meet the requirements?
If the rental space/backyard is not suitable due to insect piles, animal waste, sharp / pointy objects or other hazards,. We may need to reschedule or relocate the setup. Please ensure the designated area is prepared according to these guidelines.

The decision to cancel a reservation that involves non weatherproof or any electric devices due to rain depends on several factors, including the type of devices, the extent of rain/wind/hail/heat and the level of protection available. If the weather introduces safety concerns, such as slippery surfaces, electrical hazards, or risks to participants/equipment, it's essential to prioritize safety and cancel, postpone or reschedule the reservation.
What is a corporate tax and does it apply to me?
A corporate tax is assessed by businesses that request onsite support. The base fee is $75/hour, varying on the level of assistance needed. If you have specific questions about corporate taxes or fees related to onsite tech help, feel free to contact us at Support@BennyPCParties.com, and our team will be happy to provide further clarification and assistance.
Does the corporate tax apply to my event?
For individuals or small events, the corporate tax typically does not apply. Can I cancel my reservation with less than 3 days notice?
